Reservations for Bahamas Beach front Villa:

We accept reservations on a first come first serve basis.
The first party to get their damage deposit* and signed contract to us receives the booking dates.
*Damage Deposit is $200 and will be refunded after premises are vacated, inspected and no damages are found.
* If you would the use of our SUV vehicle, there is a separate damage deposit $500
and a separate car agreement that needs to be filled out.
This damage deposit will be processed onto your card however it will not be authorized until after your stay and only if necessary.

Full Payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival (90 days if paying with a personal check).

Arrival any day of the week. Check-in 3pm. Check out 10am.
Alternative times can be made by arrangement. Rates are for 1-4 people.
Maximum occupancy 8 people.
Sorry No-Smoking on the grounds. No pets.
Midweek housekeeping can be arranged if requested. $65. per day.
