Car Agreement
This Agreement is made and entered in this ___ day of _______________, 20___,
between Bahamas Beachside Properties LLC,
hereinafter called "Owner", and __________________________, hereinafter called "House Renter".

Vehicle
The vehicle which the Owner hereby agrees that House Renter will be using is a
2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV (hereinafter called vehicle).
The Owner represents that to the best of her knowledge and belief that said vehicle is in
sound and safe condition and free of any known faults or defects which would affect its
safe operation under normal use.

SUV use Period
The Owner agrees to let said House Renter use the above-described vehicle during their vacation period of
__________ beginning at ______PM. on _________________
and ending at ______AM on _________________.
The House Renter agrees (a) that the vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers or
property for hire; (b) that the vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers other
than in the interior or cab of the vehicle; (c) that the vehicle shall not be used to
carry passengers in excess of the capacity thereof; (d) not to use the vehicle to push, pull or
propel or two another vehicle, trailer or any other thing without the written permission of
the owner; (e) not to use the vehicle for any race or competition; (f) not to use the
vehicle for any illegal purpose; (g) not to operate the vehicle in a negligent manner; (h)
not to permit the vehicle to be operated by any other person other than the House Renter or any driver previously approved by the owner without the written
permission of the owner; and (i) not to carry passengers, property or materials in excess
of the rated weight carrying capacity of the vehicle. (j) the House Renter will supply a child seat for infants under age 5 and always have the child in the car seat whenever the vehicle is in use.
(k) the House Renter will not smoke or drink in the vehicle at anytime. There is an automatic fine of $450.00 for anyone caught smoking in the car. (l) the House Renter will not drive the vehicle while intoxicated. (m) no more than 4 people will be in the car at any time (with the exception of our person picking you up and dropping you off at the airport -in this case there will be 5 people). (n) the Authorized Driver must be Over 25 and have the Owners permission to drive the vehicle. (o) a copy of a valid drivers license must be provided to the owner for every driver intending to drive the vehicle prior to using the vehicle. (p) if at the time of use the House Renter or passengers vomits or becomes sick in the car, or spills any type of liquid that would leave a mark or smell, such as milk, oil, etc., they will be charged accordingly for whatever it takes to get the stink/stain out of the car. (q) House Renter agrees to not leave garbage inside the vehicle.(r) not to use the vehicle to haul Kayaks or any other large item in the back of it other than suitcases.

Insurance
House Renter must purchase a separate insurance policy for $30 a week from Bahamas Beachside Properties LLC for mandatory insurance coverage.
All drivers must be 25 years of age or older.
If insurance is needed to repair the car in anyway due to collision, fire, flood, vandalism, theft or any other cause,
House Renter will be charged the$450 deductible from the insurance policy.

Gas Replacement
The House Renter hereby agrees to pay for all fuel used.
The House Renter will return the vehicle with the gas tank on full.
If House Renter is picked up at the airport by our driver, you will be brought to the gas station closest to the airport by our driver on your return drive to the airport.
We are providing driver pick up free of charge, however, please note, if you are picked up from the airport you will be charged for gas to and from our beachhouse to the airport,
so the gas tank will not be exactly on full when you are picked up.
If you do wish to take a taxi to our villa and pick up the car there, the gas tank will be on full when you arrive.
Credit Card number to be charged is noted below under Deposit.

Deposit
The House Renter further agrees to leave a credit card number with the Owner as a deposit. Said
deposit to be used, in the event of loss of or damage to the vehicle or equipment during
the term of this Agreement, to defray fully the cost of necessary repairs to the vehicle and/or parts
replacement and/or gas replacement. If owner must fill the tank, the gas will be 2 times that of the current Long Island gas price.
In the absence of damage or loss, a credit card will not be charged in the case of this vehicle.
The credit card below will be processed and funds held for the $500. damage deposit but the charge will not authorized until after the House Renters departure from the house rental agreement.

Exchange and Return of Vehicle to Owner
The House Renter will provide to the Owner their airline arrival schedule and flight number so that the Owner can arrange for someone to meet the House Renter with the car at the airport.
We do provide free pick up by our driver when you arrive at the airport, however, you must pay for the gas (so the gas tank will not be on full if you are picked up).
Please note: this person will then drive you to our home gratuities are not included (tipping this person would be appropriate but not required).

The House Renter will provide to the Owner their airplane departure schedule and flight number so that the Owner can arrange for someone to meet you at our home and take you to the airport.
If you are being driven to the airport by our driver, please allow time for the driver to bring you to a gas station to make sure the car is on a full tank.
Please arrange departure pick up schedule during your drive to our home with the person who greets you at the airport.

Please note: When the pick up person arrives, you will be asked to fill in another form noting departure times and information needed by the pick up person.

By Signing Below, I agree acknowledge the fact that I am over 25 years of age and I agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement as listed above:
House Renter also agrees that their credit card will be processed for a deposit but not charged until the return of the vehicle in good condition as specified above.
