- NOTE:
We do charge a $200
damage deposit which is refundable if the home is left as
you found it. If there are children between the ages of 3 and
15, we charge a $500 damage deposit.

We also charge a $500 SUV use damage deposit. This deposit will
be processed onto your card but not authorized until your departure
and only if necessary.

Extras:
- $75.
housekeeping fee will be added for one time housekeeping upon
departure.
- Daily
Maid service is available at $40. per day per level (with an
additional $10 per hour over 4 hours) or $65 for two levels.
- Internet
(DSL) and Local Phone service. If you wish to use our internet
or local phone service, there is a $30 hook-up charge (one time
fee).
- *$50.
per night extra per person for over 4 people (maximum 8 people).
If you only rent 1/2 the villa it is $50 per night extra per
person for over 2 people (maximum 4 people).
- Bicycle's
available at $25 per bike. We have 3 brand new mountain
bikes available at our beachhouse.
- Kayak's
available from our dear friend in Salt Pond. Upon your deposit,
we can give you their phone number. Please note: they will deliver
for weekly rental. We do not allow toting Kayaks on our SUV.
- Boat
and Guide and Fishing Guide rental available from our friend
in Thompson Bay. Upon your deposit, we can give you their phone
numbers. Please note: they will pick you up right outside the
villa on our beach.
- SUV
available for our house guests only. $75 day includes pick
up, mileage and delivery to the airport, does not include gas.

you only rent 1/2 the villa (one level), there may be people staying
in the other level at the same time.
If you want total privacy, renting the entire house is the only
way to go.

week (last week of May or early June) and Christmas Vacation week
(week of Dec 25th) at weekly rates only. You
can still stay for less than 7 days and are charged the weekly
rate.
